Universal Academy provides a strong academic and instructional program for all students. Universal Academy has a positive impact on student achievement, attendance, and attitude, creating intensive programs, building the young person’s idealism and undertaking a variety of community service projects. Universal Academy combines Problem Based, Project Based learning and STEAM to make a greater academic impact sooner.

Universal Academy is divided into academies to create smaller communities within the school. Our program begins with early learning and goes through high school. With smaller divisions within the school, teachers are able to work in teams and across grade levels to share knowledge and strategies. Universal Academy’s rich and academically challenging curriculum focuses on STEAM, Project Based Learning, Problem- Based Learning incorporating high standards and expectations for student achievement. We implement Project-Based Learning teaching strategies in grades Pre Kindergarten-12, creating a one-of-a-kind Pre-school-to-college-to career program.

Uplift Education North Hills Preparatory

Located in Irving, North Hills Preparatory is part of Uplift Education’s network of tuition-free, college-preparatory public charter schools. North Hills Prep serves children in grades K-12. It offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) programs (Primary Years, Middle Year, and Diploma programs) and an Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum, as well as a variety of athletics programs and extracurricular activities.
